At Rebottle Africa, we believe that every bottle has value—even after its first use. Our Recycling & Redistribution service transforms used bottles into high-quality, brand-approved packaging, giving beverage producers a cost-effective, eco-friendly, and secure alternative to single-use bottles.
What We Do
After collection and sanitization, bottles enter our recycling stream. We ensure they are either reused, repurposed, or responsibly broken down—depending on condition, material, and brand needs.
🔹 Step 1: Quality Sorting
We evaluate bottles based on:
Structural integrity
Material type (glass, PET, HDPE)
Brand match and compliance needs
Only bottles that meet reuse standards are selected for redistribution.
🔹 Step 2: Bottle Reuse & Repurposing
We categorize bottles into two pathways:
Direct Reuse – Bottles that meet full standards are cleaned, verified, and returned to brands for refilling.
Creative Repurposing – Bottles with minor flaws are repurposed into products like cups, décor, or building materials.
🔹 Step 3: Responsible Recycling
Damaged or non-reusable bottles are crushed and processed for:
Raw glass material for new bottles
Fiber/plastic pellets for construction or industrial use
Nothing goes to waste.

Reusable bottles are:
Branded or tagged for traceability
Sorted by type and volume
Delivered to beverage manufacturers, bottlers, or distributors ready for refill or resale
